Conch

We've enjoyed cracked conch since our first trip to the Bahamas in 96.  After meeting Pam and Glen on Blue Pearl we were talking about conch and I mentioned that we did not care for the Caribbean cooked conch "Lambi" or conch fritters. 



Night before last we got together with Pam and Glen for happy hour and Pam made some wonderful cracked conch.  Thanks for the conch - it was superb.

  2. Hummm... I don't seem to notice that particular item on the menu here in Tucson.

    If it exists here though, bet you know where to find it.

  3. When I lived in the area a conk was something you might get on the head! Note a food item!

    Imagine, local food craze hits (pun) Tucson Conk Taco's!
