Iguanas (Giguanas as in giant!)

We've been driving all over Puerto Rico and see these big Iguanas in trees, on the ground, and on the roads.  This is the same lizard that we've seen in the Florida Keys and elsewhere in the Caribbean but these are the biggest we've seen.

    Yum… Time to fill that freezer before you head North east.

    Taint as good as possum I reckon but still mighty fine vittles.
